Maintenance Request

Please Note -

  • Except for emergency Electrical/Water/Gas repairs, Contractors can only engaged after the Landlords’ approval has been received - we will request this as quickly as possible.
  • Tradespeople require access to the property between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday – After Hours Service Calls attract penalty rates that are the responsibility of the Tenant. Office copy of keys for access (if held) can be provided to Tradespeople at your request.
  • If the issue is found to have been caused by you, or by negligence or misuse by you, your family or your guests, then the tradespersons account will be your responsibility to pay.

Your contact details will be given to tradespeople and/or the landlord so that the work that you have requested can be carried out.
